Mijoro is built for operators who cannot afford to wait on a ticket queue. Each address below is monitored by the team that owns the domain — product, privacy, security, or legal — so your first response comes from the person who can actually fix the thing.

Response targets

First-response targets, not resolution SLAs. A missed target escalates internally as an incident.

  • Security disclosures — acknowledged within 24 hours, remediation plan within 5 business days.
  • Privacy + data rights — acknowledged within 48 hours, fulfilled within 30 days (GDPR timelines).
  • Product + account (Executive / Enterprise) — first response within 1 business day.
  • Product + account (Free) — first response within 3 business days.
  • Legal — first response within 3 business days.
