Supported formats
- PDF — generated natively via Chromium HTML rendering. Cover page, themed CSS, A4 paper directives, print-color-adjust forced. The gold-standard format for boardroom-grade documents.
- Word (.docx) — generated via the platform's document forge with full Word-native formatting: headers, footers, sections, tables, image embeds.
- Excel (.xlsx) — for spreadsheets, financial models, data exports. Real cells, real formulas where appropriate.
- PowerPoint (.pptx) — for pitch decks, presentations, board prep. Native slide layout, with text boxes, images, and chart inserts.
- CSV — for raw data exports when you need plain-text tabular output.

Every export is themed. You pick from ten built-in brand palettes that affect cover pages, headers, accent colors, and section dividers:

Native email delivery
Ask Mijoro to email a file and the platform sends it. Your recipients receive a branded HTML email with the PDF attached, an automatically-generated cover note explaining the contents, and a link to view a token-protected web version. No copy-paste from the platform into your email client. No fiddling with attachment sizes.
"Email this board pack to my board members at alex@, sarah@, mike@, and jen@" — Mijoro generates the PDF in your boardroom-navy theme, drafts a cover note in your voice, attaches it, sends it via authenticated transactional email infrastructure, and confirms each recipient in the chat. Public share links
For sharing with people outside your account — a journalist, an investor you haven't onboarded yet, a partner — the platform generates token-protected public share links. Each link is signed, expires by default after 30 days (configurable up to 365), and is revocable in one click. Optional view-count caps. Recipients get a themed read-only web page; the URL is not search-indexed.
Cryptographic provenance
Every exported file ships with a cryptographic hash signature. The PDF you signed off on today carries a verifiable hash. If someone questions the document next quarter, you can prove — at the cryptographic level — that nothing was edited after the fact.
