"Prepare for a board meeting."
Board prep is the single most-feared recurring task for most founders and operators. This workflow turns it from a week of nights and weekends into ninety focused minutes.
The setup
Your board meeting is in nine days. The agenda is fuzzy. The materials haven't been started. You know it's going to consume your weekend. This workflow exists to avoid that.
The board prep workflow combines three artifacts: a dossier (your current strategic position), the boardroom reports your board needs to read, and a board pack (the consolidated PDF you actually deliver). The platform produces all three in a single coordinated pass.
The walkthrough
Update the dossier first
Go to your run and click Re-analyze. The platform pulls in everything that's changed since your last update — new integration data, new uploads, new signals — and regenerates your dossier. Read it. This is the strategic snapshot you'll walk into the meeting with.
Generate the three boardroom reports your board needs
Most boards want three things: the strategic verdict on your biggest open question, the financial read on the quarter, and the competitive posture going forward. Generate one boardroom report for each. Twenty minutes total, even at "standard" depth.
Run a debate on the hardest call
If one of your three reports is on a decision you're genuinely torn on, kick off a Debate Arena session on that exact question. Three AI voices argue it until they converge. The debate verdict becomes the appendix you bring to the meeting — and you walk in confident in your position because the math agreed with it.
Generate the board pack
Open the Board Pack page for your run. Click Generate. The platform consolidates your dossier, your three boardroom reports, your debate verdict, and any active scenarios into one branded PDF. The Strategic Brief tile grid surfaces the situation, opportunity, risk, and recommended actions at the top.
Email the pack to your board
"Email this board pack to alex@, sarah@, mike@, jen@ — schedule it to send Friday morning." Mijoro sends the themed PDF with a generated cover note. Recipients are logged. The hash is signed. The pack is ready.
Walk in
You don't have to memorize the pack. You wrote it (with the platform). You've already read the verdict on the hard call. You know the math behind every recommendation. You're not walking into a board meeting on instinct anymore.
Most operators spend twenty to forty hours on board prep per quarter. The conventional path: draft slides, gather data from spreadsheets, write the narrative, draft the financial appendix, edit, edit, edit. This workflow compresses all of that into ninety minutes — and the platform's output is more rigorous than what most teams produce by hand.
