Reading your first dossier.
Twelve sections. Two hoisted pull-quotes. About a minute to generate. Five minutes to read. Here's how to extract everything that matters in the order it matters.
If you only have ninety seconds
Read two things. The hero pull-quote at the top tells you the single most important strategic signal Mijoro found in your business right now — the one thing you can't afford to miss. The pull-quote at the bottom tells you the single most important call to make in response. If you only read those two sentences, you'll still walk away with more strategic clarity than most operators have at any given moment.
The top hero begins "The single most important strategic signal is…" The bottom hero begins "The single biggest strategic verdict is…" They are deterministically extracted from the body of the dossier and rendered as visual pull-quotes — not buried in prose.
The twelve sections, in order
Executive Snapshot
The headline view of your strategic position. Where you are right now. What's working. What's failing. The hero pull-quote sits inside this section.
Corporate Deep Dive

Competitive Position
Where you stand relative to the competitors Mijoro auto-discovered. Strengths and vulnerabilities, side-by-side.
Financial & Operational Read
What the numbers say — pulled from QuickBooks if connected, your uploads if not. Burn, runway, revenue trajectory, operational health.
Digital & Market Footprint
Where you show up online. Your brand presence. Your traffic and conversion patterns if Analytics is connected.
Leadership & Personnel
You and your team — backgrounds, public profiles, recent moves. Skip if it's just you.
Strategic Opportunities
At least six opportunities ranked by the platform's read on which ones you could actually execute against right now.
Threats & Risk Matrix
At least five threats — the ones nobody on your team has named yet matter more than the ones you already worry about.
Interview-Derived Insights
Empty on the first dossier. Populates as you complete the four conversations. The platform re-synthesizes the dossier as each interview lands.
Live-System Evidence
What your connected integrations are showing right now. Signals that just fired. Empty if you haven't connected anything yet.
Strategic Intelligence Assessment
A 1-10 score on the strength of your current position, with the verdict pull-quote hoisted to the bottom of the page.
Recommended Strategic Actions
At least eight actions, segmented "this week / this month / this quarter." Owners, timelines, expected outcomes.
Citations and provenance
Every claim in the dossier can be traced back to its source. Click any sentence and Mijoro surfaces the file, the integration row, or the web URL that produced it. Nothing is fabricated. The dossier is signed with a cryptographic hash you can verify later.
What to do after you've read it
The sticky footer of the dossier page says: "Your intelligence dossier is ready. 0/4 strategic interviews completed → Start Pre-Interview." That's your next move. The four interviews unlock the rest of the platform. Until you complete them, downstream features are paywalled — not by money, by mathematical necessity. Mijoro can't produce a board-grade scenario without knowing what's in your head about your customers, your competitors, and your market.
