The Board Pack is Mijoro's most consolidated output — a single PDF that combines your dossier, your boardroom reports, your debate verdict, your scenario analyses, your competitor briefs, and your strategic synthesis into one branded document. It's the artifact you hand to your board, your investors, your acquirer, or your strategy team — and they walk away with the full state of your business in their hands.
What's bundled
- Strategic Brief — the executive summary. Situation, biggest opportunity, biggest risk, recommended actions with owners and timelines, open questions, confidence level. Eight pages, ready to read in five minutes.
- Apex Board Report — the long-form narrative. Ten sections covering company intelligence, leadership, competitive landscape, debate synthesis, SWOT, recommendations, risk matrix, 90-day action plan.
