DOCS · CONCEPTS · HOW MIJORO THINKS

How Mijoro thinks.

The architecture of an autonomous research lab — in plain English. Patent pending.

The frame

Every other AI platform wraps a chat box around a language model and calls it intelligence. The model answers your question with whatever statistical pattern matches best — based on a static training corpus, no memory of your business, no math underneath.

Mijoro is built the opposite way. The math runs first. The language comes second. The platform's view of your business is mathematical — Bayesian beliefs over your strategic dimensions, simulated futures of every decision, calibrated forecasts against reality. The language model only kicks in at the end, to translate the mathematical conclusion into the kind of memo a senior consultant would write.

The three layers

01

The knowledge layer

Every file, every interview turn, every integration sync, every signal becomes evidence in a structured knowledge graph. Typed entities — competitors, customers, risks, initiatives — connected by typed edges with timestamps and decay. Your platform's understanding of your business gets denser every day.

02

The mathematical engines

Tree search across strategic options, up to forty thousand Monte Carlo simulations against your real numbers, game-theory modeling of competitor responses, Bayesian memory with bounded drift, Brier-scored predictions reconciled every thirty days. The engines don't write — they decide. The output is mathematical conclusions, not prose.

03

The normalization layer

The mathematical conclusions get translated into plain English — in your industry's voice, with hedging banned, with raw percentages translated into concrete dollar amounts, with action plans specifying owner / when / expected outcome / KPI. The output is the kind of memo a $500-an-hour consultant would write.

The continuous loop

This stack doesn't run once. It runs every minute. The worker process maintains eleven independent background tasks — signal interpretation, knowledge-agent refresh, counterparty enrichment, competitor monitoring, daily pulse generation, autonomous scenario exploration — that touch your platform's view of your business on cadences from sixty seconds to twenty-four hours.

The result: every time you log in, the platform is ahead of you. The dossier is current. The signals are fresh. The morning briefing is written. The competitors are watched.

WHY IT MATTERS

This architecture is the entire reason Mijoro exists. Anyone can wrap a chat box around a language model. Building a calibrated, mathematical, continuously-running research lab inside a SaaS product is hard enough that we filed a patent on it. The platform you'd build to compete with this would either infringe or fall short.
