The Dossier

The first artifact Mijoro produces. A complete written profile of your business — ready about a minute after you finish setup, written in the voice of your industry's best operators.

What you get

Your dossier is a strategic profile of your business — the kind of document a research firm would charge you five figures to produce, except this one arrives in roughly a minute, gets sharper every time you give the platform new evidence, and is grounded in everything Mijoro could find about your company on the public web combined with anything you uploaded.

Twelve sections. Two pull-quote heroes — the single most important strategic signal hoisted to the top of the document, and the single most important call you should make hoisted to the bottom. The middle is the work itself: the headline view, your competitive position, your financial and operational read, your digital footprint, the strategic opportunities, the threats no one has named yet, and a concrete list of moves to make — this week, this month, this quarter.

Acme — Strategic Position
"The single most important move this quarter is to consolidate enterprise pricing before the freemium war Vanta is preparing breaks open."
Acme is well-positioned in mid-market SaaS infrastructure, but a tactical vulnerability is forming at the top of the enterprise funnel...

How it's built

The dossier is not generated from a prompt. It's the output of a five-stage pipeline that runs the moment your intake is submitted. You don't have to do anything except wait — and not for long.

01

Submit your intake

Five fields: company, role, what you're trying to figure out, optional social links, optional files. Mijoro turns the form into a research brief in real time.

02

The web research runs

Six to nine grounded web searches fire in parallel. The platform pulls your leadership, your competitors, your funding history, your recent news, your product footprint, and any public market context — directly from live sources, not a stale crawl.

03

Your files are read

Any document you uploaded — board decks, contracts, exports, scans — gets read end-to-end. OCR fallback for images. The extracted text and structured facts feed directly into the dossier alongside the public research.

04

The math runs

Mijoro's internal models stress-test the synthesis — competitive position, financial read, threat landscape — before any narrative is written. The math runs first; the words come second.

05

The dossier is written

A single large generation pass produces the full twelve-section narrative, hoists the two strategic-signal pull-quotes, and lands in your run page. You read it before you do anything else.

Reading it

The dossier is designed to be read in order — but the two pull-quote heroes are designed to be read first. The hero at the top tells you the single most important thing happening in your business right now. The hero at the bottom tells you the single most important call to make. If you only have ninety seconds, read those two.

Then read the body. Each section runs three to five paragraphs. Concrete claims, named entities, specific numbers — the platform is configured to refuse hedge openers like "based on the data" or "it appears that." Every claim is grounded in something. You can click any sentence and Mijoro will surface the file, the integration row, or the web source that produced it.

PATTERN

The dossier reads like a McKinsey field memo because it's prompted to. Mijoro's normalization layer hard-bans raw percentages, ratios, and algorithm names from any user-visible string. You'll never see "MCTS converged at 0.82" — you'll see "the strongest path is a 20% price increase with grandfathering for your top fifteen accounts."

Re-generating

Your dossier isn't static. The moment new evidence appears — a fresh interview turn, a re-analyzed file, a new integration sync — Mijoro re-reads the source material and updates the affected sections of the dossier. You don't have to ask. The version you read today is the version that was current at the moment you read it.

You can also trigger a manual regeneration from the dossier page. Useful after a major event (a competitor announcement, a quarter close, a new hire) — the platform pulls in what changed and re-synthesizes.

Sharing & exporting

The dossier exports as a themed PDF in any of ten brand themes — boardroom-navy through investor-gold. You can email it directly to a list of recipients from the platform (no copy-paste into your mail client) or generate a token-protected public share link with an expiry date you control.

The PDF is signed with a cryptographic hash. If you ever need to prove the document hasn't been edited since you shared it, the hash is there for verification.
