Sixty seconds from clicking "Start now" to reading your first written briefing on your business. Here's exactly what happens in those sixty seconds.
Creating your account
Click Start now on any page. You'll land on a signup form: email, password, confirm password. No verification step, no captcha, no marketing survey. Argon2id-hashed password storage; no third-party identity provider.
If you're already on the platform, click Sign in instead. Forgotten password? Email-based reset, two-hour expiry, one-shot consumption. Resetting your password rotates every active session — useful if you suspect anything.
Some Mijoro deployments are gated by an allowlist during private alpha. If you don't get in immediately, email support@mijoro.com — we'll get you allowlisted within the business day.
Picking a plan
After signup, you'll land on the plan picker (or directly into the app if you're on a founder or unlimited tier). Three real options:
- Executive — $249/month. The 60-second dossier, the four interviews with Autopilot, the always-on advisor that's read your files, full document analysis, auto-graded decision tracking.
- Enterprise — $799/month. Everything in Executive plus long-form boardroom reports, the Debate Arena, the board pack, auto-discovered competitor dossiers, daily morning briefings, live integrations, branded PDF exports with email delivery.
- Boardroom — $1,099/month. Everything in Enterprise plus multiple workspaces (one per client or portfolio company), priority generation lanes, custom advisor personas, white-glove onboarding, direct line to engineering.
You can switch tiers any time, in either direction. Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Your first run
The intake wizard opens automatically
First-time visitors to /app see a fullscreen modal — you can't dismiss it, because the first run is the most important moment in your time with the platform.
Six fast steps
Company name, industry, location. Your name and role. What you're trying to figure out (in plain English). Connect integrations if you have any. Review. Upload documents.
Click Launch Intelligence
The intake submits. The pipeline kicks off in the background. You're redirected to your run page where the dossier renders in real time as the worker produces it.
Read the dossier
The first artifact lands in roughly a minute. Read it before doing anything else. The most important strategic signal is hoisted to the top.
Run your four interviews
Pre-Interview first, then CMO, then Competitor, then Key Client. Sit through them or hit Autopilot. Each conversation unlocks more of the platform.
If you stop partway through
The intake wizard auto-saves your draft to localStorage. If you close the tab or get OAuth-redirected mid-flow (connecting Drive or QuickBooks), the wizard restores you exactly where you left off. You won't lose answers. You won't have to retype anything.
